COACHé, an innovative service for local swimming and sport coach development, was born from my passion to ensure high quality and fun aquatics programs are accessible in the Pembroke and Petawawa area.

I established the new segment of my consulting company, With Chéla INC, in 2024 so that more young people, non-swimming adults, and high-performance athletes have the learning they need to stay safe, have fun, and excel in their swimming.

My experience coaching kids who love the water and performance athletes who love to win over the last 25+ years helped to create the foundation for the programs and services offered at COACHé.
